David began his career in the insurance industry in 1986. With over 25 years in the business, he has experienced numerous changes affecting all aspects of the benefits world. 10 Years of his career was devoted to the development of one of the largest third-party administrators in the Southwest.

David has obtained knowledge and expertise in various areas of the insurance industry and has been very selective and patient in building his MHA team to match the needs of his clients. His areas of expertise: self-funding, benefits cost-analysis, consumerism market negotiations and health reform.

He and his team have built Maschino, Hudelson & Associates to become the leader in benefits in Oklahoma. MHA has been ranked #1 with Aetna, BlueCross Blue Shield, Delta, Hartford, The Standard and by various Insurance Leaders many times over the past 9 years. David has spoken to 5 different National Advisory Councils.

David’s extensive knowledge in the benefits industry, creativity with designing benefit programs and carrier negotiations has allowed him to develop long-range strategic planning partnerships with his clients.

David has been married to his wife, Tammy Maschino M.D. for 29 years. They have two beautiful children. Their oldest, John, is in the U.S. Marine Corp and their daughter, Katie, is a recent graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education and is currently working in New York City.

J. Kelly Hudelson

Kelly began his career in the insurance field in 1987 with a national insurance company. He then moved to a local independent agency where he honed his skills in employee benefits. Looking for new challenges and ways to better serve his clients and community, he formed his own agency. Kelly's forte is negotiating large group contracts to obtain the best benefits available for his client while achieving maximum cost control. Kelly has worked with high profile accounts including Oklahoma City Fire Fighters Health and Welfare Trust and the University of Oklahoma.
